I used to work for Priority for about a week, but it was not the right fit for me at the time. Since then I seem to have lost my W-2 that I got from them and I was wondering if anyone might happen to know as to how I can go about contacting them to get a copy of that W-2 sent to me.

If anyone has any information that might help me, then I would greatly appreciate it.

    Robert.

Your best bet is to send a letter to the old Priority offices. It will probably forwarded to an attorney and they will then follow steps to get it.

Another option is to contact the IRS and ask them for assistance.

As far as Celadon or others, the routes were the only things I believe they purchased. The equipment and etc was not part of the purchases.

I am glad to see that Priority FINALLY got bought out, they couldnt balance the payroll very good, the dispatching was a disaster, the trucks and trailers were junk, they changed the personnel in the office area so many times, those people were lost within the mound of paperwork trying to find the right folders for the D.O.T. when they came knocking to do an audit.

I praise Celadon for doing the right thing for Priority, i also saw this on OOida.com

All i can say in your case, greyghost, is to be as honest with this Susan person as you can, let her know everything that you see wrong on your DAC.
Keep your chin up, let this DACfix.com do their magic and what is on your DAC from Priority may get dropped if not expunged from your DAC.

Has anyone heard if there is a lawsuit in the works? The Warren Act requires 60 days notice for mass lay-offs and plant closings.

If nothing is started yet I'm going to find a lawyer and see what can be done. My Husband worked for Priority Trucking and was given 48 hours notice of a lay-off. I think the key here is The Warren Act says if the company has good expectations of having to close or lay-off then they must give 60 days notice. Priority said the closing was because of taxes and fuel prices so they had notice.
