Howdy Folks,
I could use a little help. I'm leaning strongly towards making a change in companies from a refer outfit (Knight Refrigerated) to a food commodity tanker outfit (Johnsrud Transport).
From what I know of Johnsrud it sounds like a real good change to make, but I've read some of the cons, submitted by former drivers, and it gets me thinking that I oughta stay where I am.
What I'm asking ,is if any body who has or is working for Johnsrud let me know your thoughts on the company.
I live in AZ and need to get home every two weeks.
Thanks for your help, in advance. :smt035

How long have you been driving? The tanker division for any company is a league of its own, you have to be really careful when you have to stop and go around curves cause the motion will flip you,the same with bull racks and swinging meat.Trust me I've pulled all three in my career and it takes a cool head and slow easy movements.Good Luck!

Thanks for the info lady drifter, but I was curious about what kind of company "Johnsrud" is and if Changing companies would be a good idea, or stay where I am...I know nothing about Johnsrup and what kind of companies they are to work for. Thanks

lady, you don't see much swinging meat anymore. They walk in one end and come out the other end in a box.
