I saw they have a large piece of property on I30 in Sulphur Springs, saying "future home of". Have seen their equipment on the road.... very sharp.

28CPM, out 6 days, off 34 hours. Can not take the truck home with you. Must live local. Insurance after 6 months.

Unfortunately my husband and myself have worked for this company twice and I hate to say it was worse the 2nd time around. They have very small trucks for teams and do not keep up their equipment. The back haul dispatcher is a complete moron and you will sit for hours or even days waiting to get loaded without any compensation. They pay is ok 42 cpm for teams and they do get you home. It is almost impossible to meet fuel bonus unless you're one of the ones running to Florida. The insurance is very expensive. The owner is not to friendly and doesn't seem to have the time of day for his drivers. We would have to beg to get our truck washed because it would go up to 2 months without seeing a brush and they do not allow you to have them washed on the road. They say they pay holiday pay but we have only seen it once so I think they stopped paying it and when you ask no one seems to have an answer. Now that we have quit with a proper notice and have never had damaged freight nor damaged their truck or trailers they have decided to short us on our last paycheck. I've seen them hire people with alcohol problems and they will even front you bail money if needed so if you are in a tight and aren't to worried about broke down equipment and sitting a whole lot then this is the company for you.

My husband and I also work for this company. In fact we ended up on lc0967's
route. Also our second time here. We are currently looking elsewhere.
Theres supposed to be layover pay but we haven't been getting it
because the dispatcher is supposed to note it but seems they never do.
For the last three weeks we have been resetting in hotels. In August
We only got 3 days at home.Truck wash? When is it going to rain next?
If you don't ask for anything its all good. If you like being out and
not paid its good. If you kiss ### you might keep moving.if you
complain you want your reset home with grandkids you're screwed
look forward to 8 picks and two days with no pay fighting with dock
workers to get loaded. Oh and resetting on the road. All in all it pays
the bills like any other job though.

I am resurrecting this thread because I have been in contact with this company and they are presently considering providing a pre-hire letter (even though the HR Rep didn’t know what that is until I explained). Anyway...
I am hoping that a current or not too far removed former driver will be able to chime in here to provide insight into driving for this company. Any insight is much appreciated.
