Don't know alot about WTI yet, but I've never heard anything bad about them.I'm leaving on Sunday to give them a try. I love skateboarding on 18 wheels so I'll let you know what they're all about soon.

I guess it depends on who you get as a dispatcher. I got a new guy.I was home every weekend but only after I set for 3 days until they got it right. Then my 2012 International broke down and I was home for a week and a half because they dont have trucks for the drivers already driving for them if something happens to yours, only for the new drivers just out of orientation. After I got feed up with sitting for 2 of my 5 days a week I was out I changed to a different dispatcher and he expected me to drive for 16 hours a day.I was informed that if I did'nt make a 3 hour drive in under 2 hours that it was going on my permanent record that I refused to deliver on time. After setting up a second logbook I took off to the delivery to make it on time.I was only 4 hours into my 10 hour break when all of this took place. After delivering on time,by taking short cuts,I was told how good I was for finding a shorter route. When I complained about not having any sleep I was told that it was my problem and to get to the customer to pick up my next load. So I did a little creative paperwork in my 2 logbooks and took off.The more I thought about it the madder I got because they tell you in orientation that you are NEVER to drive over your 11 hours.Your reward for doing this would be to get fired on the spot,So I called the Transportation director.Bad idea,,,,,My dispatcher called me and told me he was just giving me a pep talk and that he thought I was ALL about the money. After that all I got were loads that went maybe 400 miles but when I got there they was'nt expecting me for another 24 to 36 hours.WTI is all about the lease-to-purchase drivers and I even have a story to tell you about what happened to a lease-to-purchase driver while I was standing at the dispatch directors desk but thats another story for another time. All in all the company is'nt a bad company to work for you just have to keep your mouth shut and expect no sleep or else your dispatcher will make it impossible to make money. The rest of the people at the company are GREAT. I'd say give them a try but don't expect your dispatchers to work with you.Your either forgotten or your ran in the ground. There is no in-between with this company.
