Appreciate the consolation...
It makes my bruises feel better!
One more thing about CT-- They told me that I could re-apply after 30 days, and still be considered for employment. Thought that was nice...
Also, they're keeping the "return home" promise, even though I didn't pass the physical! Very cool...
Thanks for the suggestion, J, but I'm thinking my oatmeal muscles have learned their lesson...I just don't think I'm "man enough" to do this flatbedding thing!

Frawg. What's the skinny on hoppin to Howard? Just wondering if it's a personal or company thing. Should I be scratchin' TWT from my application list, or is it just that tank yankin isn't for you?

Its jus a lot of lil stuff addin up. Really rather be flatbeddin and there is a lot happenin outta Fay right now. Dispatcher has only been at it a few wks longer than I've been there. Hate to hop so early / at all but Howard is my first choice and I'd hate to pass it up. Only reason I haven't jumped yet is now I am home almost daily and usually get to see my kids. But the schedule is so crazy and I'm run so ragged, most times I'm lucky to get a hour before "daddy go nite nite".

NewMotherTrucker, who did you decide to go with? One of the trainers of the CDL school I graduated from in June personally knew the NC recruiter at Howard, and highly recommended Howard. I put in my app before graduating, but never heard back.
