My log book is generally full of white lies, but nothing too bad.

Drove or 11 then slept 5. Decided to drive a bit more and clean up log after getting more sleep. I was an empty car carrier when the Florida trooper pulled me over for a random DOT. OOS for 10.

I want those 5 hours back. Will Georgia or the rest of the north bound states know I was shut down?

    Thanks.

Yes. With the new reporting system, all states will know you were shut down. They know by DOT number and VIN. They can putthe info onto their system and it will pull up all citations given to that vehicle over the last 3 years.

If you're running MT you'll get the bypass lane>run with it. People worry too much about this nonsense.

Many newer scales also have license plate readers on the ramp that will read the plate and give scalemasters all info on that vehicle .

You got that #### right. Trucking will never get better as long as everyone keeps being a huge "P" word.
