Yeh, I know its PC Miler, for the miles, but they pay a flat rate for three weeks out of the month, then they pay you for your miles on the first Friday of the month, if I understand it right. That's why I posted on here, to see if anyone who works for them can help me out with this pay thing.

Right, if I understand this correctly...The first Fri of the month you get your milage rate. The second, third, and fourth Fri, they pay a flat 500 (gross), as long as you worked that week. So you get one big check a month, and three little ones. Like I said before, I've never heard of a company paying like this. Any witholdings such as child support is only deducted on the mileage check the first Fri of the month.

Tri-Hi is a great compay to work for. I worked for them for nearly 7 years before finding a local job. There trucks are nice and well maintained. They will run you so don't be afraid to work. They are a family owed and ran company. I would suggest this company to anyone.
