Honestly their equipment looks good from the outside, but it is junk... They don't do the work that needs to be done to them...My suggestion is if you wanna make money don't go to Beacon...I lost my house and a car because I made no money..... They don't care about their drivers only about the load getting there illegal or not...

Their turn over rate is so high while I was there I saw about 30 drivers quit in less than 3 months...If u cant get a TWIC card ur screwed...They told me that they would work with me and lied...They give you alot of empty promises and never go thru with anything they tell u.... They just fired me due to TWIC and left me in Tennessee with no money and no way home...

Sounds like a driver issue to me. just sayin.

If it was a driver issue why is everyone quitting them? One cuz they don't wanna run illegal and two cuz the company is all lies and trucks are crap.

Everyone is leaving them all 140 drivers? I appreciate your input but seriously Everyone? All 140-160 driver hate the company and are mad? I read your posts, Sounds like a driver issue to me.

Look i am just going by what i saw while i was there...about 30 drivers came and went during a 90 day period...And as u can see i'm not the only one that has said bad things about them...but u seem to be the only one saying anything good....I had a 2011 truck while i was there and it stayed in the shop....so i got a bad truck or should i say one of the bad trucks....But then again i'm not gonna kiss ### or be a brown noser to get a new truck....U talk about Stan but in 3 months i never met him, hmmmm ain't that odd.....but then again they do have their favorites in every company and it's usually the brown nosers or #### suckers....lol

Whatever it takes! 30 drivers in a 90 day period, thats below normal for any trucking company.

Whatever you say, Not with a good company...That's what happens when drivers get fed a line of BS.... But if you like that kind of company stick with it for the 3rd time...lol
