Does anyone know of a good decent company that runs mid west regional? I am looking for regional because they offer better home time...I am looking to be home 3 out of 4 weekends per month...I know Mcleod offers exactly what I am looking for but there is sooo much negative info about them that it has scared me away...I don't have quite a year of exp yet so I know my options are going to be limited...but any infor would be great...also a little more infor on me I live in IL and have a pretty clean driving record..I do have a speeding ticket in my pov last year but that is it...I am drug free and a hard worker just looking for a place to call home

Are you including Canada? If so, Con-way Truckload always seemed to need MW regional when I worked there.
Cash33 Thanks this. -
Schneider, Midwest is good for a lot of companies. You can do van/fridge/flatbed/tanker/intermodal from most places in Midwest. Also check out ACT...
PM if you have questions about either one.Cash33 Thanks this. -

Link America is hiring midwest regional . Our freight out there and thru the SW is overflowing right now. Their begging us SE guys to come help.

Right now pretty much every company will have a bunch of freight "overflowing" and looking good but look at those companies a few months down the road or go back and look at what people said last year and how the freight was in the off months... It's not a quick decision if it's the right one, take your time, read and talk to drivers.

Its dry van for the most part but they actually do run flatbed in the midwest and containers.
