Valley Proteins
Has anyone heard of them? They are hiring in my area and i'm curious.

Yep, they are all over the place in your area. Do not know much about them except they haul waste grease and animal guts.

Is that what VP does? I noticed they had vaccum trailers and I always wondered about what the heck they do.

Yep, they also suck the grease pits out at most large food joints, recover drums of used fry oil and grease. When I lived in Northern Virginia you could always tell when a Valley Protein truck was around, smelled very bad, ran up on a straight truck from VP and it had animal legs sticking up in the bed. They take anything and boil it and grind it up for feed products.
