I hope you get the answers you seek there Mac. I too am interested in Tandem and Home Run. There is not a whole lot of info on these carriers which makes it harder to make a decision. I hate to take the plunge then find out they are a crappy company.

Unless your are talking to someone who is or has worked for them it is pretty hard to find out the real deal. Some of these adds are pretty well candy coated. Then the REAL numbers come out after you have actually sighned on.

i have worked for tandem for 2 years over all a decent company im home every weekend and run about 2500-3000 a week .dispatch is good , they have fuel bonus and different incentives . there working on upgrading there fleet of tractors . i run otr and do pretty good .
