I'm not a "pro driver", per se, but if you're talking about Southern AG Carriers I might be able to help a bit.

Headquartered in Albany GA (the Good Life City.....hahahaha)......privately owned company that seems to do quite well.
I think they're one of those companies that folks go to and never look back. No bells and whistles, just straight ahead truckin'.
I can not ever remember seeing an ad for drivers, mostly because they take care of the ones they have.

Like I said, nothin' fancy, but has always seemed to be a solid company.
