Long story short I have the chance to work for either Indian River or Knight but I need to decide ASAP.
Which is better? Or are they both about the same? I'm leaning towards Indian River but I can be swayed.
Indian River or Knight...Which should I go with?

I'm in south west Florida by Naples/Fort Myers. The company I hired onto (very tiny) wont have any work for me for a good 6-8 months but he knows people in both of those companies and can get me hired in right away. I just need to let him know which one.

Oh ok, I would go on the reefer side, since you are from the florida area. I am on dry van side, and right now i am in florida with no freight going back out. I have heard the reefer side is good for the florida

I am from the Kansas City terminal

But you like working for Knight? They have e logs right? How Mich of a pain in the ### is it? What about benefits, Hoke time, and pay/lay overs?

nicer equipment and probably more consistent freight for where you live. i have a friend who drives for knight and hates it. wishes he could come back to swift. trucks wont keep idling when its a 110 outside. youll probably see home more with indian river. plus tanker experience will count for more down the road
