I put in an app with them last month. I will be going to orientation on the 7th of January. I have talked to a few drivers on here that like it over there. Small company, 150 trucks or less. Reports about getting miles are really good. They say they average 3000 a week so we will see. Recruiter/Sales lady told me they are still on paper logs. Pay isnt top notch but enough to make me happy with the miles if those are the correct averages. I will post more as I go thru the process.

 

I sure will. The one thing that I know for sure is that the recruiting people arent pushy. They have everything verified so no surprises when I get to orientation and they work with your schedule. If something comes up and you need to delay your orientation, just call them. Seem good so far.

 

You will retake the physical. As far as the trucks go, its whatever they have. They have all Volvos and some are auto and the rest are 10 speed. I just spoke with them today and requested a 10 speed but she told me its whatever they have available.

 

I know they run a lot of Midwest but I was told today that with me living in Dallas I will be thru the house pretty regularly. I am not sure about denver though. Their is another thread on here about them that was started by a driver that lives in Denver. He drove for them earlier this year. You might want to check with him. He was happy at Climate but had some family stuff so he had to get off the road.
