    I'm looking to make a change and looking at Averitt, Conway or FedEx to eventually go ltl when I can. I have over 2 years otr exp. What do you think and why? Thank you for your input.

    If your young enough to build a good retirement account I'd go with a Union Co, any of them that I know about seem to be good jobs and their Drivers can make about $100.000 a year, but you will work for it and you won't start off making that, but if you hang in there you can do pretty good for a Truck driver.
