Sorry man I don't know for sure how long that accident stays on your MVR, but I want to say 5 years.

Less than a year on a rear end accident will be a tough sell.

Where are you located? That might help people make recommendations for you.

Instead of asking us, who do not really know, call the companies you are interested in. anything here is not gonna help you, only the company can tell you if you can be hired.

you are pretty much unhirable by any company with a decent reputation for at least 3 years, then after 3 years you will be requird to take a refresher course or go to a company that has there own school.

They are all going to say no for another two years. Get used to that. Rear ends are as big of a deal as a roll over. Maybe a crap mom & pop will hire you, but that's about it.

Falcon Transportation might hire you from what I've heard about them.

Hmmm, I think after a year you might start getting some interest. Heck you you might get some now with the way companies are advertising and pumping up the sign on bonuses. I got a couple emails from USXPRESS the other day, one offered up to $5k in relocation reimbursement, the other OFFERED AN $8K SIGN ON BONUS!

    Good luck.
