    If you are an O/O with your own truck then YES, they are a good company. If you are not a O/O and go to drive for them then you will driver for a small fleet owner and that could be good or bad depends how they treat you. I know several O/Os in the area that love MCT. Now, driving for a fleet could be great, I'm just saying a lot of things are then out of MCT's control.

    I drive for them now. Im not a o/o but i've driven for 2 MCT o/o.
