I know there are Sysco drivers on here from various warehouses. Was wondering if any of you knew anything about this new DIF payscale that corporate is rolling out. All the management here in Philly is being very tight lipped about it. To me that doesn't mean good things. Wondering if any of you guys were already on this program and could shed some light this for me. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

hopefully you have the choice to get paid by the hour. have heard drivers will lose 20-100 dollars a week. ours start next week. looking forward to taking my breaks and getting 70 hours.

Let me know how it goes. Have heard similar things. Nothing like hearing it from the horses mouth though. Luckily, we do have an hourly option. I know if I take that option i will be working 40 hours only, and management will make sure of it. How's summer treating you guys in Albany? Hot as all Hell here at the Jersey Shore.

We tried thaqt on numerous occasions. Local 500 won't honor our seniority. Sysco would close our yard before they let us join 500. Hope this DIF pay isn't as bad as advertised. Stay cool, stay safe.

I know my warehouse sysco central FL drivers are suppost to go on some new dip program soon n they are nervous about it cause prob be pay cut there on some old abc setup still.. I'm order selector and we are already on wip but suppost to get update version soon so prob less $$.. I worked at the Philly warehouse when I guys expanded for like 10wks back in 2011 hope things have got better since then I remember coming in at 5pm n working till 5-6am with like 85 selectors #### was crazy!! But them guys got it made up there cause of union think they where making like $24 hr at that time. They wouldn't make anything close to that on wip program at my house. Cause they all bs n didn't do crap. All the night manger where begging me to move up there n I had only 2wks experience lol cause I was throwing 1000 more cases a night then there "top" guys

Warehouse at SYR. We start the wip program next week. We were told that Philly and our warehouse was last to get on board.ITS TERRIBLE! Our previous incentive paid up to 5 cents at 120% with picking clean rate of 3000 cases before an error, 2k for 75%. Easily make 600 extra per week. Now for you to see 600 bucks you have to be at an average of 160% for the week, and get 10000 cases. Its an unachievable program. I'm one of the top selectors here.I'm going to lose 300 to 400 per week. Were all talking about slowing down to get ot, but they just keep hiring. Nothing in local 317 contact about warehouse bonus. Drivers ABC is however, so idk how that's to affect them. Not looking like a good year. Would like to keep up with other Sysco guys in regards to this and similar topics, nice to compare. Seanmiller400@gmail.com be safe all.
