Hi all Talked with Moe today out in El Paso, TX. Term Manager. Going to be starting with AN W in a couple of weeks. Like what I hear so far. They don't talk allot of BS> Just plain truth about what to expect. Drive, load, wait, drop hook, I will be running out of El Paso,TX terminal. Really like what I am hearing so far. Time off steady miles. Going broke where I am at now. $255.oo take home for one week work. Next week is not any better. 2000 miles. SO I would rather be home broke, Than at the pilot. haha. I think it is going to be a good fit for me. I will keep you posted. but you can have SRT> 1 week good 2 weeks bad. Can't balance the budget with those inconsistant miles...Stay tuned.

I am thinking of going with a.m webber myself and I am wondering what there driving test consists of? The reason I ask is because the driving school I wento said 160 hours but you were lucky to drive a hhalg hour a day. then they would log you in for an hour. I passed the states driving exam but idk seems like I should be a bit more polished for the time I put in.

How much experience do u have? Are you fresh out of school? The driving test its self is just driving with a guy and he determines whether or not he thinks you no what you're doing my driving test was only about 10 minutes lol but if you're a rookie they may throw you with a trainer for a few but not sure call and talk to mark tedford hell tell ya what's what

And what type of drug test do they conduct. I don't do drugs but I am afraid of needles (phobically) and about a month ago I broke my arm and was taking vicadin (against doctor orders) for pain, so not sure about doing a hair follicle as the doctor will not back me on what i used for pain . So I am hoping it just the standard UA
