All I can say is that it's the best company by far I have worked for. Always busy and rolling, no down time.

Just applied to AN Webber as well.

Here's what a rep told me:

2 weeks out, 4 days home.
Orientation is 2.5 days which is paid $180.
Training for new CDL drivers is 6-8 weeks with $60/day; after that the driver is evaluated for solo OTR.
Starting pay is $.31/mile and bonus pay after 6 mo's solo for every week of training.

Oldest truck is a '12 Peterbuilt and they will be swapping those out with '15's when they come out.

Which terminal are you closest to? Will see you out there. I love it and it's hard to believe till now it's been awesome. I love the company and have no intentions on leaving.

What is their pay scale? THe website is really confusing and shows a break down of a penny here, a nickle here, if you drive regional in this state you get this much, but if you get medical insurance you get paid this, not that, etc. Seriously WTF?

    tlalokay Thanks this.

Finished my training and started running solo OTR last week from Kankakee. Went to Colorado, Michigan, and now on my way to Washington state. So far it's been good.
