Not very good in my opinion. PAM has mostly auto shifts. If you were to leave them you would have to find an auto shift or go out with a trainer again to get some stick time. USA pay is not all that great and they like to stay out about 4-5 weeks and get 1 day off for 1 week out. Trucks are also pretty slow. Star well there is about a dozen of them you will have to narrow that one down.

Tarps....when did PAM go autoshift? Anyway Tennhicks, besides not being able to shift, PAM's pay is low and you will not get miles. PAM was the first company my husband drove for, will worked for. He sat sometimes for days between loads and was making only .23 cents a mile. There are better starter companies out there.

I talked to one of their drivers a good while back and he said they were mostly auto shifts then and all of them were eventually going to be.
