Watkins Shepard Short Training Period

Thanks XR7....Weird that they dont take your heart rate. That was Schneiders whole point of the test, if your heart rate went above a the threashold (220 - age X .9) then you were out. W/S must just want to make sure you can do the tasks or make sure you don't have a bad back or nerve problems in your arms or something.

Shouldn't be an issue for me and again, I appreciate the response.
