system makes it impossible to give a current employer a two week notice.
It should be illegal to require an applicant to cold-quit an employer as a condition of employment.

The up side is rates stay high when shippers and receivers believe the shortage exists.
The down side is big carriers keep the revenues and don't pass it to experienced drivers.
