So I have the opportunity to drive for this company and was wondering what the bring home pay was like. They are talking 36 a mile to start

F&S is advertising a lot in Baltimore, I would like to hear more about them myself. ( not at $.36 a mile ). Cowan is in Baltimore ( Halethorpe ), very nice equipment, and always hiring. I know all the heavy hitters are looking for drivers in Baltimore. USXPRESS , Wetern Express, CRST, TMC, JBHunt, Schneider, etc. Paul Miller and Mawson also looking for drivers, I would hope in Baltimore you could find better then $.36 a mile. A few of the better tanker companies also hiring out of Baltimore, they all pay a lot better then that.

Wait, why would it be interesting to hear from a Baltimore driver if you're going OTR? Houff is also somewhere around. I am not to far from the Cowan terminal in Sparrows Point. With Abilene you would be at .35pm but running NE (in including any part of NY and PA would be .45pm). When I was running flatbed I was doing .41pm but the miles only averaged 1800 a week.

Houff is up on Annapolis Rd in Baltimore, they are claiming 1200-1350 a week being out five days, I know they have small sleepers though. If you don't mind nights and weekends gas hauling is hiring, try quest or coraluzzo or fleet. Gas hauling is probably where the best money is, just not for me, I don't like working weekends

What I meant is a driver that hauls out of that terminal for them
