whats the deal (rant)

    pulled into a rest area last night and yet again there is a driver all nestled in their bunk counting sheep. the problem here is he or she failed to pull far enough into the parking spot to allow trucks or cars for that matter to fit behind them to exit the rest area. luckily there was 2 open spots about 6 trucks up from the road block so I was able to pull through and exit from the front .i realize some of the rest areas are pretty tight but is it really that difficult to get out and make sure you've pulled ahead far enough to allow traffic to pass behind you?????!! have some common courtesy..

    I have slept in many tight rest areas and I make sure im parked right because I don't want to get woke up by an angry driver,lol.

    I'll admit,I can be one of those angry drivers.Especially to the morans who deliberately park in my way.I have no problem waking them up at 3 am.In fact it makes my day.

    I use to park on the exit ramp of the rest area if allowed. Simple to get out and don't gotta risk being ran into as much.

    That same thig happend to me the other day, expect it was in the afternoon and the guy was in his seat it took me and another driver to blow our horns for him to figure it out ;)

    Some of these drivers its all about them.I get very irate when someone blocks me in.They make me mad its only fitting I make them mad by pounding on their door telling them to move it.

    I try as much as possible to NOT run the red eye shift but it never fails, every time I do and I wheel into a rest area for a bathroom/ wake up stop I see this. im as non confrontational as anyone has seen so I really do not want to beat on someone truck at 3 am so they can pull ahead 5 feet. and If I were the one parked sleeping I would like to think that a 20 second walk around my truck to ensure its parked good sure would beat a 3 am wake up knock.
