Some companies may be better then others hopefully others will share their experiences and costs. My husband leases thru Swift and it has been positive so far. Is Swift perfect? No. Has it been better then being a company driver? YES for many reasons including making more money. It is a bit more work but it can be a good segway between company work and owning.

I went through Cardinal Logistics purchase program orientation. I didn't take the program because I found a tanker job I wanted more. A couple dozen of my friends did go with Cardinal and most are still there today after over 10 years. Their program is a purchase, not a lease and all miles are paid, loaded or empty at the same rate.
