A week before CHRISTMAS, if I recall.

 

bankruptcy. and loss of ALL assets.

never did hear the end of it. the final results.

Looks like former CEO Doug Pielsticker is in hot water again. The company? Grey Transportation out of Addison TX. but it appears, his wife, Joy, is on all the paperwork. And it is in hot water and filed for bankruptcy. Go figure.

How this kid, who never had a real job a day in his life, never ran anything, except into the ground and once again screwed people over, and out of even more money, after declaring bankruptcy, is beyond me.

 

It just seems that if you break the law, you're revered...stay legal and your looked at like your someone bad...makes no sense

 

The Mafia in New York used to buy trucking companies then clean out the bank accounts and sell off as many assets as they could, then close the doors and walk away. I remember one big company that pulled doubles nationwide they did that to; just one of several.

The Russian Mafia, for a long time, re-opened little truck stops that had been closed for years. They would sell diesel at big discounts and not pay the federal taxes. When the IRS would start snooping around, they would shut down and take 100's of millions of dollars back to Russia.
They would put anything in their storage tanks; used oil, contaminated diesel, gasoline, used machine shop oil with metal shavings in it. They would steal tanker loads of diesel, oil, gasoline and dump it into their diesel storage tanks and the truckers would buy it thinking they were getting a good deal on fuel prices.
