Well seems like when those weeks come they come 2 or 3 at a time before it gets back like it should be doesn't it. Had a full plate today with 2 drops and 2 pickups run all my time out at the 2nd pickup and should be home by noon tomorrow.

Right. Lol. Get here for the 2nd pickup supposed to be ready and mill hasn't even run the paper yet. Gotta sit here and wait in courtland in the middle of nowhere Alabama for 18hrs and maybe it'll be ready noon tomorrow. So midnight or later home tomorrow and no reset before the Monday delivery. At least I get the wait pay.

So 24hrs later still in courtland and the load STILL isn't ready. No preload now it's hurry up and get in line and wait for live load. Be ready sometime this afternoon. We'll call you. I'll #### near get a reset waiting on this load but you watch I'll be loaded and ready to go right before I get one. That's the way the whole week has gone.

And the gaurd had the nerve to comment on our performance on these loads when THEY are 24hrs+ now behind on an appointment? Really? It was all I could do to retain my professional attitude and composure and keep my mouth shut. but I did lol

boy do I feel your pain! Gotta run to Pitman, for the 1,209,874th time, lol due mon. 0700. Truck is finally fixed, but called Nate, this morning...they just wanna inspect the work, to make sure it was all due to their standards...makes sense to me. Gotta pork shoulder smoking now....been on since 0800...looks like it'll be done around 1800...good thing neighbors went in with me on it....sheesh, it only cost 13 bucks for a 10 pound shoulder! But, I got cool neighbors, so 5 bucks each! Wife doesn't eat pork so I gotta smoke Salmon for her....so....I gotta admit...I'm ready to leave tomorrow. Is it me, or am I TOTALLY ADDICTED TO TRUCKING?! Can't tell you how much after restart/break I'm ready to just roll, roll, roll!!!!!!!! But, it stinks when things go wrong at THE START of your week, than the middle....that's just how it is, though. I don't mind....this is the greatest job there is....NO ######## from UPPER MANAGEMENT! Well, I do get the "wife away from wife"....I can deal with that! hey sdaniels, did you see her hitting on me when we were in there?lol I think she likes me too! lmao

Just wanted to let you guys know, I enjoy reading your posts. I have crappy miles as well but I'm on the Family Dollar account so I still do good. But was curious how the SE Regional Drivers are doing out there? Been curious about switching over! Body getting wore out! Also any info on EPES Lease?

I had check in to the lease ,looked like a good deal. Was on the list for lease and on the trainer list. Training opened up first. So that is what I was ment to do? So post to start let you order th truck you want , then they lease it to you. Started at TSE already . But the ex company trucks , come with a 3 year , 300k warranty on engine and driveline. Come with new tires. Think new brakes I think . Been kicking around idea of ordering a glider arogsy . Freightliner has always said that was their most aero truck. Build a 12.7 , 13 sp direct , single drive 2.64 , with a center lift axle . Aim for mid 9 mpg?

29hrs to get out of courtland. told you it'd be almost a 34. toyed with the idea of just going back to the truckstop for 5 more hours and just get the reset but quickly decided against it. I was ready to get home lol......finally rolled on the yard at 330 last night and walked the paperwork straight inside and dropped it right there. done nothing but slept the day away today. but I did get decent miles for the week even for all the bs so I can't complain too much other than just to #####. just a little short of 3000 after running out to texas, all over dallas, back to Georgia, over to Alabama and home. and quite a bit of supplemental pay too after the local work and the wait time. but going to be a short weekend and back out and i'm not going to be rested as I want to be. but this week will be better. I know it will lol just give me the same miles without the bs
