Orientation for me was wed to fri they offer mon to tues or wed to thurs last day being trucks. Every friday they have a safety meeting and you go to Browns a buffet which they pay for. For lunch we ordered from a pizza place every day and dinner we always got a $10 cracker barrel gift card. physical was the first day and of course paper work and road test for the day and the next day and of course learning elogs. They took us around to meet everyone personally. Was sent straight home with a load o their yard after I received my truck friday. So far after being here only 2 weeks this is by far the best company ive been to. My dispatcher is a great guy and it seems as they treat you as a person not just a truck number. if I have a problem it gets taken care of. The only issue ive had is that my truck has broken down but theyve put me straight into a shop and payed me breakdown. Also with every company it seems night dispatch doesnt no much as with every company ive been with but as soon as my dispatcher is back in things are fixed and im going along. this week the truck had been in the shop nearly two days yet I still made 2100 miles. Which is good considering other places ive been to. Also this was the first company ive ever been to that asked me where I did not want to go and of course I said the north east. He also told me it wouldnt be hard to get me over 3,00 miles a week. (time will tell) They do run California It will be my first so im excited for that. Talking to most guys around here they are averaging over 3,00 miles a week. Only being two weeks in I know things can change but this is my story here so far and I am finally enjoying a good company

Calark was a great company, i left for a local gig. The only bad thing was no apus so during the summer when you were idling especially down in laredo tx the air didnt feel cool. Id go back if i wasnt wanting more hometime. Most paychecks were around $1,000. Good miles.
