This is what I was told after inquiring about an add in our local advertisement..................................................................................We do run all 48 states regularly. We have vans and reefers. We have dedicated loads to California/Colorado/Texas every week so if you are looking for lots of miles, we have them. Also, you decide when you would like to return home, if you want to be home over the weekend we can usually do that for you every other week. If you don't like certain areas such as East coast you do not have to run them. We try and accommodate as much as possible for sending you on long runs or short runs, whatever your preference is. Our trucks are mainly Volvos and Freightliners, 2012 and newer and we just bought all new trailers last fall. We run about 30 to 35 trucks at any given time. We have opportunities for company drivers and owner operators.

Avoid them at all costs because they will do nothing but lie to you. Their driver OOS is double that of the national average, and it's time that the federal government deals with them. They hate maintaining their equipment and drivers are often hooking to different trailers that requires mechanical repairs or the drivers will be fined when law enforcement inspects them. My compensation for last week was $237 while spending all week away from home. They will penalize you for leaving the company earlier than 90 days, and they will penalize you for leaving the company and not giving them 14 days notice. In addition, they frequently require drivers to pull very short loads that pays them money, but not the drivers. My advice to all drivers is to stay away from them at all costs.

You need to AVOID this company like you would the PLAGUE. This company is plain no good, and they will lie to you while looking you in your eyes. They will try to convince you that this is a perfect job because their turnover rate is sky high and most decent drivers’ ends up quitting within a few weeks because they are treated so very badly. They will not tell drivers before drivers come aboard that they keep a $1,500 Escrow from all drivers’ and most drivers’ never get it back from them because they do everything it can to get drivers’ to quit which forfeits the Escrow. They fine drivers’ quite heavily for not working more than 90 days and also fine drivers’ quite heavily for leaving and not providing them with a 14 day notice of resignation; no matter how badly the drivers’ are treated. They do own late model trucks, but they are extremely bad in maintaining them like they should. This leads to breakdowns and time spent broken down on the side of roads or at shops that drivers could be using in running and earning money. Most of the trailers are late 2013 and drivers’ drop them in their yard in need of repairs. The last trailer that I pulled ended up costing me 15 hours of downtime for free. Their FMCSA Safety Record is quite intense and their complete disregards in hiring safe and decent drivers’ are clearly shown within this report. Dispatch is dreadful and they enjoy giving decent drivers’ very short mile loads because they make decent money pulling these loads. In addition, drivers’ do not get compensated for the first 50 miles of deadhead. They do not care about their drivers’ and it clearly showed upon my second week with them. They wanted me to pull a 148 mile load that would have taken a full day to complete for a little over $62, and I refused to pull it because that’s not the arrangement that was made before me coming aboard with them. Times got pretty bad from the beginning of my second week with them to the end of my third week with them before I quit, such as running 800 miles in 3 days, 5 days to run 2040 miles, and them trying to get me to do a 289 mile load and two stops which would have made me $146 dollars and taken a full day to complete. At this point, I had enough of their nonsense and asked them to treat me fairly for a change in sending me back to their yard. They did send me back to the yard without mentioning anything else with me and then they charged me close to $900 for bringing me back to the yard. I was well under 300 miles from their yard and I gave them my two weeks’ notice two weeks prior to them doing this to me. They had no intentions of getting me back to their yard, but to keep me away from their yard and my home, while mistreating me to all limits. They will probably keep my Escrow because that’s how this company works. They abuse their drivers in lying to them to get drivers’ to come aboard and then abuse them in every which way possible to make them quit and charge them to high limits in keeping drivers’ hard earned money because its extra income to this very slimy and shaky company . Again, you need to Avoid them like you would the Plague.
