eh, its already clear this Company has not been exercising executive control. Go into the meeting with a clear define plan on how to strengthen the Carrier without adversely affecting how Operations is currently working. The rub: how will you achieve this without detailed knowledge of their operation. Its easy to be a head hunter, try softening your approach with some alternatives, nobody likes hearing the word we will not be doing that anymore, i.e.....nobody likes the annoying person whom does homework, while the rest of us have been talking about the big picture. (i've worked with them at a distance by contract alone, no helpful knowledge.)
