Morning guys,
Although this is my first actual post here, I've been cruising around the site for a while now and have really learned a lot. Thought it would be time to join.
Haven't officially accepted B&L's offer just yet, but it is quite intriguing. My current company uses Dash cams, and I'm kinda on the fence about them. Here, the cam faces the driver, and also in front of the truck. However, in my truck, the cam appears to go straight into the bunk. I have put a towel over it while I get dressed, and when I do, I either get a qualcomm msg or a phone call from my driver manager telling me to remove the obstruction. He assures me the camera is not positioned to view the bunk; but I'm just not sure.
In this day and age, I'm under the belief that dash cams are a necessary evil; there are alot of drivers, 4wheelers and trucks that just don't belong out here. I've been out here for over 4 years, zero accidents, zero citations.
Can anyone tell me if B&L Transport uses dash cams in their trucks? I don't do anything wrong, and I don't care if I'm videoed all day long, but where I have to draw the line is the bunk. I don't know who is watching, but this is a valid concern. With the experience at my current job, I really don't want to ask anyone at B&L about the dash cams because I don't want them to get the wrong idea about me as I haven't started there yet.
Anyone on here drive for B&L? If you can help me out, I'd sure appreciate it! Thank you to all who help keep America moving!
Erik

If you could also include the pros and cons, it would be much appreciated.
