I'm very curious about this because well.. it's different and I can't find much on it.

As far as I know... if you lease a truck with Prime or are an O/O leased onto them you also can train noobs.
Also heard YOU pay your trainee out of your settlements, Prime does not pay the trainee YOU DO.
It seems crazy sure but not when you have cheap labor beside you where you can run team and get paid %

That sounds bad I know LOL but hey somebody's gotta do it.

Again I'm just curious to see whom out there does this, what's it like and the numbers?
The only thread I can find on this topic didn't have much details, besides info on what happens when you trainee crashes your truck.

Yep... you can train if you're a company guy too.

That's right... because he's your employee. And it comes off of the top too. You might not have enough to pay yourself, but they see to it that your employee gets paid.

That is a pretty crappy way of putting it. Especially since your TRAINEE is expecting some value for his/her trouble.

If it's your truck, that's your problem. When you sign a lease, it states in there very plainly that YOU are responsible for turning it in, in the same condition you checked it out, minus normal wear and tear.

I'd say if you let your employee crash a truck that you signed a contract taking responsibility for, that makes it your problem. You don't get a free ride.

Yeah they pay trainers pretty well there, website doesn't say if the trainer gets trainee miles also though.
Obviously a trainer has to do their job and train, I understand that. There is a great level of risk/reward and a lot of work it appears from the outside looking in.
And yes you are responsible for your truck, that part is the most scary when letting a noob drive it.

But it is interesting there because it's the only place I know of that you can train AND get paid % while leased on.
I'm wondering who out there is doing this and what's it like.. etc etc.

It's actively discouraged. I think they invite guys who let their trainees crash their truck try out for the Crash 'n Roll Stunt Team.

Try posting in the Prime subforum... that's where most of us post. You might try the "Ask your questions about Prime" thread...
