NEW YEAR-NEW PAY PACKAGE! TOP IN THE INDUSTRY!

Oakley Transport is excited to announce our new industry leading pay package effective January 1, 2015! Drivers will be paid up to $0.60 per mile based on experience. No games or gimmicks, no waiting 20 years to get to the top, if you have 12 or more years of tank experience you will start at $0.60 per mile! Drivers with 9 or more years of non-tank experience will start at $0.42 per mile and as they gain tank experience, the rate goes up $0.7 per mile at 1 year! On top of that Oakley drivers also are paid an extra $0.05 per mile for HazMat loads and a monthly mileage incentive up to $0.04 per mile.

Example: A 12 year experienced tank Driver with HazMat who runs 13,000 miles in a month can earn $0.69 per mile! No other carrier can come close!

Oakley Transport is a 28 year old family owned and operated company and leader in the liquid bulk tank industry, Oakley wants you to be part of the family. We are growing rapidly adding new equipment to include the new state of the art Volvo 730 with the largest sleeper produced by Volvo with all the comforts needed to include APU’s, Refrigerators, and Collision Avoidance Systems. The 730’s will add to our fleet of 2013 and newer Volvo 630’s. At Oakley you are not “just a Driver”, you are a family member and a Bulk Tank Professional.

They called me the other day and offered me .53 a mile and .58 for hazmat. I like the company I am working for but that's .15 more a mile than I make now. It is a bit tempting.

I live just down the road and worked there myself (for one day) don't ask! They're trying to slow down the revolving door. Make's ones ears perk but only apels to a very small % of drivers.

Been talking to a recuiter sounds pretty tempting, but I'm a little skeptical. You know the old saying if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Would like to hear from former and present drivers and their experience with them.
