Don't waste your time they don't keep their equipment up and they are a bunch of cowards ! They won't reimburse you on stuff u pay for their trucks!!!!

 

They are spineless. Treat drivers with very little respect. I was told to my face"you are nothing but an employee don't forget that".

 

I can tell you about a lot at Bozeman. I worked for them about 2yrs. At first it was the best company that I have ever worked for, but I started there when they were just getting big. To start Mr. Bozeman is one of the greatest guys you could ever work for, but, he is not there anymore. Now Mike Barr is the owner. He is a nice guy, and he will talk to you, but he now has a staff in the office that will stab you, lie to you, in 20yrs OTR ive never seen a more bunch of people in that place that hates truck drivers. Most everyone in there came from Cal lark if that tells you anything. They have a guy there now named Curt running the office, he will fire his own mother, and when they do they they will leave you to find your own way off the yard. No buss ticket, no ride off the yard, no thought of a driver as a human. If only Mike would work at that office every day and take his company back Bozeman would once again be a great place to work. But as of now I would not go there untill they clean house and have people in that office that care about a driver just a little and maybe know what they are doing. Mike, your a great guy, get back your company before they turn you into Swift and you will not be able to find drivers.

 

We worked there a couple years ago, guy named Robert would lie to your face. In fact, he said, "All truck drivers lie and they can't be trusted." Bozeman makes JB Hunt and Swift look good.

 

The truth is no one "gets" fired; people get themselves fired. For instance, driving on Personal Conveyance with a load and other safety/compliance issues. JM Bozeman is a safe and an excellent customer service company. We do not apologize for maintaining an elite fleet of drivers. Additionally, saying JM Bozeman hates drivers shows ignorance of the Company. Our drivers know we appreciate them. We have an outstanding Driver Resource Department and a complete open door policy. Everyone in the office and shop understands that we are the support system for our drivers and very proud to be.

 

JM Bozeman Enterprises has some of the best equipment out on the road. The equipment is well maintained that is one of the reasons so many drivers pass the DOT inspections due to the drivers taking care of the equipment on their end and the maintenance dept. taking care of on their end. JM Bozeman has one of the best CSA scores and that is due to our drivers being very careful and doing an excellent job. JM Bozeman will reimburse for anything that is needed for the truck , but they will not reimburse for "extra" things due to drivers wanting a special items for the truck.

thats all a lie me and my wife have been lied to every week since we have been here tylisha c is a habitual liar drivers do not come here were looking for something eles now always getting yanked off our run and lied to nice try curt............................

 

Here we are folks. This is thirty percent of what is wrong with America. Management knows all and makes no mistakes. I've seen many great employees sent packing over lies or unachievable ultimatums. Whatever your personal title and salary is, you're not worthy. #ranbypsychopaths #racetothebottom
