I'm a student looking at my options. Start school this Saturday at Roadmaster in Tulsa, OK. Also, looking at Maverick and Melton. Maverick has Glass division openings in my area. Live in Oklahoma City area.

Keim TS seems like a good company. Small fleet of around 200 trucks I think. Starting pay $.40 per mile or 25.25% for the first year plus 100% of tarp pay. They have nice equipment. Kenworth T660's with 86" Studio sleepers. Nothing older than 2013.

If anyone can help this newbie with information it would be greatly appreciated. I have done a search and didn't much recent info on Keim TS.

Also, anyone have any input on Maverick glass division? Seems like a pretty good gig. I know alot of guys don't like the automatics....

    Thank You in advance!!

I know of a driver that did get one year of experience right out of school in 2004 with Keim. October of 2008 he was laid off from an LTL company and went back to Keim. October of 2010 he was called back to his LTL job and quit Keim for a second time. I don't know if this helps you but things were really tough in 2008 through 2010 so he did work there longer the second time than he did the first time. He told me he was mostly getting a 34 hour restart at home once a week but wanted more home time and LTL did that for him.
