They have trouble paying drivers what they owe them in commissions. The company gets paid twice by taking so-called "Fees" before they do they 60/40 commission split. They just settled a lawsuit with an employee because they did

 

Still owe me money so my vote is no.

 

They used to be a really good and honest company until other people took over the operation and they made several changes. When they moved from Alvin to the new location, that's pretty much when they got really bad. I know several drivers who have left because they were not getting paid what they were owed on out of town loads. They also up charge their drivers for every little thing they can to make a profit. They also could care less what the drivers think about being ripped off because they claim there's a line out the door of people wanted to work for them.
