info and opinions on SUNCO

I am interested in hearing opinions of O/Os hauling for SUNCO. I know they are a reefer co. based out of FL with a terminal close to me in ATL. I see a lot of their trailer on I-75 everyday around here. I understand they are an O/O only fleet.

I do not see a payment scheule on the website, do they differnt per load? How is the pay?

I pulled reefers in and out of PA more than 15 years ago. I want to get into flatbedding when I start driving again, but would not be against reefers again. Would do reefers before I do dry vans.

Sunco pays 70% of the gross (not from the top) pulling their trailer, 78% with yours. They are decent people to work with. As long as you stay away from Florida, you should be OK. This is a non-force dispatch, but you have to choose a fleet. They also have a forced dispatch fleet in which you get paid by the mile.
