TLD Logistics - Looking for input

Looking for any info from anyone with experience with this company. I am thinking about starting their driving school in Crossville, TN and then driving for them on year contract to pay back the schooling. Pay back is $50 per week for 29 weeks. Pay is 0.33 per mile loaded or unloaded with $150 per day minimum. Seems average miles is around 3000 week. Most drivers are home on weekends although some stay out longer. Texas seems to be as far west but they do run northeast. Owned by Toyota so they haul a lot of parts. They also have $650 safety bonus quarterly and some sort of fuel bonus. Any help is appreciated.
