What companies have an "all-inclusive" pay package, so-to-speak

So my question is understood, I am asking for a list of companies, big or small, who have an all-inclusive premium pay package and have high experience requirements (3-5+ years), excellent equipment, comfortable terminal(s), convenient drop yards (in relation to their freight and hiring lanes). I'm not asking for companies which guarantee weekly/bi-weekly pay... I know there is one for sure that has a pay package similar to what I say below (Walmart), but I'm sure there are others...

I'm also not asking for LTL or union houses. Just traditional OTR, or Regional/Super-Regional OTR.

What I mean by an all-inclusive pay package is:

    -A decent pay per mile
-Premium benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k or ESOP)
    -Detention pay after an hour
-Layover pay that includes time spent in sleeper away from home (this is something Walmart offers, I've been told)
-Hourly rate for time spent on-duty, not driving
    -Weather/Hazard delay pay
-Hourly breakdown pay (with maximum, of course)
    -Pre-trip/Post-trip pay

I'm hoping I don't get trolled too much here. I'm looking for honest answers, hoping I can find that company I can retire with. I ask this because as a driver, our time is valuable, and I would like to work for a company that values that time.

Don't know much about this company, but think it's worth more research.

By the way, I'm willing to relocate to work for a company that is WAY above par on pay, esp ancillary pay.

    Chinatown Thanks this.

More than likely any other private fleet like Wal Mart has to offer. As far as I know I haven't heard of any other fleet, especially OTR fleets that does irregular freight, that's pay you sleeper berth time.

Best bet is to check into places that hauls their own products like Ashley Furniture, Perdue Transportation, Tyson, Autozone etc

Thank you Chinatown! Lyndon is definitely something I would be interested in! If I'm looking at the right Carlise (http://toteinc.com/companies/carlile-transportation-systems/), the international opportunities there are tempting, as it's a career goal to drive in Australia. I think Tote is a trucking company in Australia, but I digress.

I find it pretty concerning that when drivers and industry employees are asked "Where's the best paying company to start out at" and you'll get a list a mile long. When you ask "What company has an all-inclusive pay package" aka a pay package that pays a driver for the job they do in it's entirety, you get tons of sarcasm and doubt.

There is a sad fact in the industry that "Awesome" trucking jobs don't exist unless they're LTL and a union shop. Pretty sad if you ask me!
