All,

I am new to this forum but I have spent several weeks reading through previous threads about health insurance but many seem dated. With all the changes coming down the pipeline due to Obama care, I am in search of current information. I am working on my master's degree, one particular focus of my research is health insurance options for drivers.

Please feel free to provide as much or as little information as you feel comfortable when answering the below questions.

1) Do you work for a large or small company? Or independent?
2) Does your employer provide health insurance? Do they supplement your health insurance?
3) How much do you pay weekly for your coverage?
4) What is the difference you pay from covering just yourself vs. covering your family (just spouse vs dependents?
5) What company provides your health coverage?
