I believe it is a Gene Grojean owned company, some people swear by him but more swear at him, he also owned greenfield, van-pak, hirshbeck(spelling?) and a bunch of others whose names I have forgotten and have been long gone. He has a tendoncy to buy and collect trucking companies like I do powertools
