Recommendations?

I have a year and a half experience. I work for Schneider on a WalMart dedicated account and am thinking about going OTR. Should I stay with Schneider or look for someone else? I am single and don't mind staying out for a fairly long time. I just want a good, honest company where I can make good, consistant money. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

If you are happy with Schneider, why would you need to leave? There is a lot to be gained by building up time with the same employer.

I have one very good reason for leaving.

What does Schneider pay you per mile and how many miles did you run last year.

How much more would you make if were payed .41cpm.

Do yourself a favor and check out Crete
