| Recommendations? I have a year and a half experience. I work for Schneider on a WalMart dedicated account and am thinking about going OTR. Should I stay with Schneider or look for someone else? I am single and don't mind staying out for a fairly long time. I just want a good, honest company where I can make good, consistant money. Any recommendations would be appreciated.  |

| If you are happy with Schneider, why would you need to leave? There is a lot to be gained by building up time with the same employer. |
