i was just recently hired by keim ts... was very impressed with the facilities and equipment and am very excited for the opportunity. have learned that all sites like this are full of negative reports. If you feel like that you have made the right decision then you probabley have i turned down tmc to go here and have never been so happy about a decision but everybody is different and everybody has there own opinions

i was prehired and then the idiots called me the week before orientation and they said they hired too many new drivers sorry. I have talked to many drivers since they said be glad i did not go. they left me hangin i am lucky i had another place to go.

I worked for Keim and had no problems....averaged $1k/wk...never turned down a load, they do not run forced dispatch...here's the deal...TMC,Keim or whoever...you are hired to do a job most do not want...you are away from family, spend a lot of time OTR, have a lot of time to worry about everything...this career field is not for everyone...due to massive furloughs thoughout the professions an influx of "new drivers" are present.
I have held my CDL since 1977..and learn something new everyday. Keim does have nice equipment...KW660's with 53' trailers..running the eastcoast requires additional caution as they made their streets in the 1700's...narrow and forever. Currently you will want to run as much east as you can to earn the better $$$..bottom line...crossing the GW pays an additional $100...beautiful country...and nice peeps there...do not be overcome by everyone's bad experiences...no worse than driving through Topeka during rush hour.
I would suggest Keim to any new hire...pay attention...and no matter where you begin...be careful..learn,learn,learn...be careful...be safe!Baack Thanks this. -

I used to drive for keim ts with my ex husband. We came from Koch when they closed down. I do believe that some of the people are very rude and cruel there. I know most of them from the old days. Most of the dispatchers at one time was one of us. Be aware of them please.
