Unhappy Road Block of the Garden Gnomes

Going to work one cold and very Foggy morning driving my wifes car ( better fuel mileage) the fog was so thick in spots you could not see half way down the hood of the car!!! So taking the experience from driving over the road ( HAMMER DOWN ) I slowed down way down!! normally i takes about an hour to get to work each day and it looks like it will take an hour and a half this morning!!! I get to a spot along side the road were there is street lights and the fog seem to be thinner here so i pick up speed a bit!!!! Well half way through the lighted section buggen out my eye's to see i get a glimpse of something in the road but it is to late to hit the breaks and i hear this horrid sound of an impact and a thud and the sound of many little pieces bouncing up and hitting the floor of my wifes car!!! DAM #### DAM!!!! I pull over and get the flash light out and go and look at the front end of the car to see what kind of damage i had done!! well the license plat and frame are all bent or all broke up! oh great i say to myself she is going to be pissed over this!!!! got to be one of those thing that get you to have no sex for at lease 3 weeks!!!!! well i go back to see that i just had hit, run over or what just to see a mini road block but it was what the road block was made of is what took me back a bit
there standing TALL and STRAIGHT was 8 GARDEN GNOMES you know them dam things your wife bring home to put in the flower bed for you to trip all over when she ask you to go de-weed the flower bed!!!
i had knocked 1 over had cut 1 in half the other 2 were well all broke up into many many little pieces!!! and over in the other lane was 4 more of the dam thing and the tallest one had his head missing the other 3 seem to be just laughing at me!!!! anyway i kicked the rest of them off the road and got back into the car and went to work!!! got home that night and told my wife what had happened and what i did to the rest of them and all she could say was i should have brought the one's that were not damaged home!!! ya right!!!!! Now every time it is foggy and i go by that spot i think i see garden Gnomes standing along side the road laughing at me as i go by!!!!

ROFL!! Man, it sounds like someones husband used that foggy day to get rid of his wife's garden gnomes. Guess he wanted those things destroyed! Now I will be looking for those little buggars everytime its foggy! Did your wife laugh? I know the damage to the car is not funny, but just imagining the look on someone's face when they see what they hit would crack me up!!
