Has anyone heard about Werner buying out Swift?

I heard the same thing at a Flying J this weekend in Dallas, if something like that wasn't being covered in the major media or found in a viable press release it is just another rumor.

Something that large would be all over the news.

That's not to say it isn't possible, but it's just a rumor till it makes headlines.

Here we go again. The rumor mongers are out in force. It will be nice when freight picks up. Maybe there won't be time for foolish rumors.

Unless Jerry is having problems with his Casino in Vegas (Which could very well be due to the market) This isn't going to happen. Maybe the other way around, but not that way. Jerry just blew a billion to get Swift back, if anything, he would sell off his other trucking companies.

But doubtful.

I don't know it seems drivers find out the facts "sometimes" before the media and 1/2 the office people. Why? Not sure one friend was trusted to not tell but tells another driver and so on and so on.

So just sit back and wait it sometimes takes a few months. I have no clue though
