enterprise transportation

Hi all,

I have a friend who is an O/O for Enterprise Transportation. He says he does quite well with them. I know some general info about them, plus what I've read on their website.
Just wondering if anyone who is a current, or former employee, could share some info about them.

I would like to hear from some guys who are currently working for this outfit or who have worked for them in the past. I am really interested in the pay and the cost of family health ins. to the driver. B.T.W. this is the tanker outfit from Houston, TX.

Enterprise Transportation is the trucking arm of a much larger "Conglomerate" that includes chemical plants, natural gas processing facilities and pipelines, liquid product pipelines, and electricity generation.

The drivers have the same benefits as the rest of the "company" employees, and every one of them I have ever talked with, are happy with the company. You need a darned good work record to get on with them.

I've worked for them for the last 5 months and would have to say it's the best company that I've worked for that isn't union (Some terminal's are unionized mine isn't). Here's some of the basic's:

10 paid holidays
Company paid long and short term disability
Company paid uniforms
Traditional or Roth 401k with 6% match 100%
Profit sharing put directly into company retirement plan
Your choice of traditional medical or hsa

Good luck,
Johnnyr33
