| Give me the info on Roehl I start with Roehl Transport on july 31st just wanted to get the scoop on them. Are they pretty good company? I wouldnt think there that bad cant be no worse than the rest of the bigger ones. Hows there training program. My pops in an O/O i been driving to Get the hang of it so i look like i know what im doing some what. Is the Program Hard? or do they help you out alot..I dont have no problem with Shifting backing Couple/uncouple but my pops has been driving for 30 years and hes teaching me bad habbits. I Already shift without using clutch. Is roehl a good company, whats the Average pay and miles THANKS GUYS |

| I started out with them as an experienced driver,and I thought they were a very good company to drive for. I cant help you with thier training program.However you should be way ahead having gained experience on driving ,backing,and oh yeah floating the gears.As far as I know most companies frown on floating the gears,but most experienced drivers do it anyway.Been many years since I used the clutch for shifting..Someone should jump in here who has some info on the training program. |

You will see what I mean once you get there. Training is good, depending upon whom you get as a trainer. I had 2 that were very good. I had one that was an arrogant slob that need to be taken off the trainer roster. Like the old song said "Two out of three ain't bad" |
