I started out with them as an experienced driver, and I thought they were a very good company to drive for. I cant help you with thier training program. However you should be way ahead having gained experience on driving ,backing, and oh yeah floating the gears. As far as I know most companies frown on floating the gears, but most experienced drivers do it anyway.Been many years since I used the clutch for shifting..Someone should jump in here who has some info on the training program.

If you need experience, go there for experience. Once you get it, RUN for a better job.
You will see what I mean once you get there. Training is good, depending upon whom you get as a trainer. I had 2 that were very good. I had one that was an arrogant slob that need to be taken off the trainer roster. Like the old song said "Two out of three ain't bad"

It is a good training company. You can't go wrong there. It seems about 50/50 as to people staying and going. They have treated me decent. I had some pay problems that were resolved and I was back paid. There's been a few pissing contests with DSRs here and there. Always night or weekend dispatch though. I've been fortunate to have good DSRs so far, some people are not as lucky. My miles are usually right around 10k a month. I am on salary though, so they run me pretty consistently. Pay seems to be a little lower than industry standard, but I am still fairly new so I can't really say. If you have a family I'd look elsewhere for insurance, but I hear it isn't that bad for single drivers. I'd say all in all, it's not bad for being a larger carrier. Like Homeboy said, you'll see when you get here.
