never did to much of it the bit I did do was all right did not like pulling the top heavy trailer much and it can sometimes take awhile to get them empty
I have noticed that there are probably the tanks with the best oppertuity for work
But the also have the most compatition and the rates are probally the lowest out there for tank work

lots of vac trucks in my neck of the woods there is lots of oil field work to be done with them
but in most cases it is not so much trucking work as it is more like construction work
as you can suck almost any thing up in a vac truck there for they work a lot on projects and emergency calls

    mastllc Thanks this.

thanks for the pm 2fuzy, but im just an 18year old broke college student with a class A permit but i was just curious as to what tank work was like and hpw the industry was for the independent side of the house, cause one of these days im going to get me a couple of those peterbilts, kenworths, and western stars, and get to putt- putting around with my own authority hopefuly if my plan all comes together.
