OUT OF SALEM IL. STAY AWAY RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I LEASED A TRUCK FROM HENDERSON.I HAD IT 1 YEAR. I FAUGHT WITH THEM TO KEEP UP ON THE MAINTENCE AND I CALLED EVERY TIME I HAD A PROBLEM.I ALSO KEPT PICTURES OF THE ISSUES I HAD WITH THE TRUCK.I STILL HAVE THEM. I HAD BRAKE PROBLEMS,PULL IT IN AND ALL I COULD GET WAS A VISUAL.WHEN IT WAS ALL SAID AND DONE AFTER 4 TRIPS TO DIFFERENT SHOPS,WELL MY FRONT BRAKES HAD LOST THE CENTER IN THEM AND MY BACK BRAKES SHATTERED TO THE FLOOR WHEN THEY TOOK OFF THE DRUM,IT'S FUNNY YOU KNOW YOU SIGN A LEASE AND EVERYONE SEEMS SO VERY NICE AND HONEST WHEN ALL THEY WANNA DO IS PUT A KNIFE IN YOUR BACK. MY TRUCK NEVER RAN RIGHT ,THE REGIN ALWAYS MESSED UP AND I KEPT COMPLAINING ABOUT IT,EVEN UP TO WHEN THE ENGINE BLEW.WHEN FREIGHTLINER HAD TO ADMIT IT WAS THEIR FAULT,THEY NEVER PUT A NEW ENGINE IN IT, THEY REBUILT IT AND IT STILL HAS ISSUES. IN MY LEASE IT SAYS I GET MY ESCROWS BACK,BUT HENDERSON WILL NOT GIVE THEM TO YOU.THEY KEEP THEM, SO HERE IS WHAT THEY GOT FROM ME. A NEW ENGINE, NEW TIRES IN WHICH THEY CHARGED ME TWICE, A NEW AIR CONDITIONER COOLER,NEW BRAKES ALL THE WAY AROUND, NEW FILTERS,NEW TIE RODS AND RAQUET PINIONS NEW WASHER MOTOR AND HEATER COIL. WELL TO ME THIS PUTS THE TRUCK IN BETTER SHAPE THAN WHAT I GOT IT,AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO ANSWER MY CALLS, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ON THE ESCROWS AND YET THEY DONT WANT ME TO DISCUSS WITH ANYONE THE WAY THEY DO THEIR BUSINESS. WELL HERE IS AND INTERESTING FIGURE FOR YOU TO THINK ON TAKE 162,000.00 MADE IN A YEAR AND YOUR TOTAL TAKE HOME PAY WAS ABOUT 30,000.00 SO YOU SEE HERE WHO MADE THE PROFIT,BUT KEEP IN MIND YOUR FUEL CAME OUT OF THIS AS WELL. HENDERSON KEEPS YOU BUSY AND EVERYTHING IS GOOD AS LONG AS YOU KEEP IT UP,BUT WHEN SAFETY NAILS YOU WELL DISPATCH ACTS LIKE THEY KNOW NOTHING.WELL NOT ALL OF THEM,IF YOU WANT THE TRUTH YOU CAN ONLY RELY ON 3 PEOPLE. STEVEN IN SAFETY, LISA,IN SAFETY,AND DEBBIE, IN DISPATCH,WATCH OUT FOR JESSICA,SHE WILL BORROW MONEY FROM YOU AND YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK,SHE WILL LEAVE YOU SITTING AND SWEAR SHE DIDNT DO IT.HERE IS THE ONE I LIKED THE MOST,SHE SAID SHE HAD HENDERSON BY THE BALLS DUE TO THE FACT THEY PUT HER IN LOAD ASSIGNMENTS AND THEN PUT HER BACK IN DISPATCH ONLY TO PUT A MAN, IN HER PLACE SHE SAID IT WAS DICREMINATION AND NOW HENDERSON CANT AFFORD TO FIRE HER, ANYWAY YOU WANNA KNOW ABOUT HENDERSON, WELL LISA, IS GOOD IN SAFETY,BUT PUT HER OVER DISPATCH WITH DEBBIE, LEAVE STEVEN IN SAFETY BECAUSE HE IS AWESOME,LEAVE SARA IN PAYROLL AND THE LADY IN PERMITS.GET RID OF AND FIRE THE REST AND START FROM THE GROUNG UP,THEN YOU WILL HAVE A GOOD COMPANY,EVERYONE ELSE IS ONLY THERE FOR THE PAYCHECK.

I don't think Sarge went anywhere in less he's don't it in the last few days. Just saw him and talked to him Tuesday. Maybe there's a driver named sarge you're talking about that went elsewhere but the one in recruiting is still at the same desk he was back in 07 when I first hired on. I just started slip seating and it's going great. I have a thread started on the favorite company board that I'll update more when I get home hopefully tomorrow. I've never leased from them so I can't say good or bad but I talked to lots of happy lease operators in orientation during breaks.

 

There are alot of changes going down at Henderson they are losing their Conway contract which is 6 to 8 loads a day from La Salle and St louis to various points between LA and Washington. This will be a major blow to them being able to get the teams out west to get produce which is their bread and butter. Those Conway loads were expedited drop and hook loads. They do have other accts that go out west but they are all with appts and usually have too much time on them for teams and with no drop yard they are scrambling to make up the difference and get freight going West

 

Check and recheck all your pay stubs, i left in dec. The nice thing about tax time is you get to go over your settlements. You would not believe how many times jeannie charged me for refer and then a trk wash 5 times in 1 week trk clean out 5 in 1 month. I left in dec. And the finaled out in march of this year still charging fuel to my card,that was turned in. I say run and run fast, don't look back

Every check I received from Hendrickson has a different format, each settlement-statement is different do they do this to confuse the drivers more?
Not one statement is in the same format or layout!
